Terms & Conditions
Fuggeen, Digital Presence Management for Architects
Last updated: June 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Fuggeen (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Fuggeen”) to any architecture firm, studio, or individual architect (“the Client,” “you,” “your”) that engages Fuggeen for any service. By paying a deposit, signing a proposal, or initiating any work with Fuggeen, the Client agrees to be fully bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Fuggeen is a digital presence management agency that works exclusively with architects and architecture firms. We are founded and operated by architecture students at UM6P University. Our entire team comes from an architecture background, which means we understand how architecture should feel, look, and be presented online, not just how websites are built.
We are not a social media marketing agency. We are not a general web design shop. We build and manage the complete digital presence of architecture practices so that the way a firm appears online reflects the quality of what they do in real life.
2. Definitions
“Fuggeen” / “the Agency” means the Fuggeen team, operated by Yahya Ennasiri and associates, currently operating as an independent team based in Morocco.
“Client” means the architecture firm, studio, or individual architect that has engaged Fuggeen for services.
“Project” means the specific work described in the signed Proposal, covering the design, build, and delivery of the Client’s digital presence.
“Deliverables” means all completed outputs of a Project , including the designed and developed website, CMS, domain, professional email, Google Workspace configuration, integrations, and any other items listed in the Proposal.
“Proposal” means the written document issued by Fuggeen outlining the scope of services, plan selected, pricing, timeline, and revision rounds, which upon Client acceptance and deposit payment forms a binding agreement.
“One-Time Payment” means the single upfront fee covering the full design, development, and first-year infrastructure of the Client’s website.
“Monthly Services” means the optional ongoing digital presence management subscription, billed monthly after project launch.
“Annual Renewal” means the yearly renewal of hosting, domain, Google Workspace, and Fuggeen’s service fee, invoiced 30 days before the end of year one.
“Third-Party Services” means platforms not owned by Fuggeen, including Website builders, Google Workspace, domain registrars, and any other external tool used in delivering services.
“Change Order” means a written agreement between Fuggeen and the Client documenting any change to scope, deliverables, or pricing beyond the signed Proposal.

3. Services
3.1 What Fuggeen Provides
Fuggeen provides end-to-end digital presence management for architecture practices. This includes: custom website design and development, full infrastructure setup (hosting, domain, professional email, Google Workspace), CMS configuration, integrations (forms, maps, analytics), basic SEO, and ongoing monthly content and presence management. The exact scope is defined per client in the signed Proposal.
3.2 What Fuggeen Does NOT Provide
The following are explicitly outside Fuggeen’s services unless agreed in a separate written Change Order: social media marketing or content creation, logo design or brand identity work, copywriting or content writing, photography or video production, paid advertising or media buying, appointment setting or sales services, full website redesigns under the Monthly Services plan, or any deliverable not listed in the signed Proposal.
3.3 Technology Stack
Fuggeen builds all websites on Framer, not page builders, not AI-generated templates, not WordPress. Every website is designed and built from scratch in Framer, using Figma for the design phase. Hosting is managed via Framer. Domain registration is via Framer or Namecheap. All infrastructure is tied to a dedicated business email created for the Client. Google Workspace is used for professional email and productivity. Forms connect to Google Sheets. Maps are embedded via Google Maps.
3.4 Subcontractors
Fuggeen may engage qualified designers or developers to assist in delivery. Fuggeen remains fully responsible for the quality of all work delivered. All team members are bound by the same confidentiality obligations as Fuggeen.
3.5 Third-Party Services
Fuggeen manages third-party platforms on the Client’s behalf but is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, or service terminations by those platforms. The Client’s use of third-party platforms is subject to those platforms’ own terms of service.
4. Plans & Scope
4.1 Atelier Plan
Includes: 1 sketch session (hand-drawn wireframe), premium design built in Figma and Framer, full parallax/hover effects/overlapping layers and advanced visual treatments, 4 custom pages (e.g. Home, Contact, Awards, Projects), 1 free T&C page, unlimited CMS project pages, basic CMS filtering, 4 revision rounds after the design phase, domain (.com) — 1 year, Framer hosting — 1 year, Google Workspace — 1 year (1 seat), 1 professional email with client’s domain, Gemini AI across Google Workspace, Google Forms → Sheets integration, Google Maps embed, and basic SEO setup.
4.2 Atelier Signature Plan
Everything in Atelier, plus: up to 3 sketch sessions with full iterative approval cycle, 6 custom pages, 1 free T&C page, advanced CMS filtering by project type and status, Google Workspace, 1 year (2 seats), 2 professional emails both with Gemini AI, and website analytics setup and reporting.
4.3 What Is Not Included in Any Plan
Unless added via Change Order and separately invoiced: additional custom pages beyond the plan’s allowance, copywriting or content creation, photography or image editing, logo or brand identity design, social media management or content, full section redesigns after sketch approval, and any feature or deliverable not listed in the signed plan.
5. Project Process & Timeline
5.1 Overall Timeline
The standard project timeline from deposit payment to launch is approximately 6–7 weeks:
Onboarding & Inspiration (Days 1–3) : Client receives 20+ example architecture websites and selects preferences.
Design System (Days 3–7) : Fuggeen builds a design system.
Sketch/Wireframe (End of Week 1) : Hand-drawn wireframe mapping all pages and sections.
Design & Development (Weeks 2–5) : Full website designed in Figma and built in Framer, CMS configured, forms wired.
Revisions (Week 6) : Client revisions per plan. System Setup & Launch (Week 6–7) — Google Workspace, domain, email configured, website published, credentials handed over,
5.2 Timeline Conditions
This timeline assumes the Client provides materials, approvals, and feedback on schedule. Client delays extend the timeline with no penalty to Fuggeen. If the Client is unresponsive for more than 5 business days at any phase, the timeline adjusts accordingly and Fuggeen may reallocate team capacity to other projects.
5.3 The Sketch Is the Lock-In Point
Once the Client approves the wireframe sketch, the structure, pages, content layout, and sections are considered locked. Changes to structure or page layout after sketch approval are not revisions, they are scope changes and require a Change Order.
5.4 Infrastructure Setup
At the stat of the project, Fuggeen creates a dedicated Gmail account for the Client’s business. All purchases ,domain, Framer hosting, Google Workspace, professional email, are made using this account, so that all services are tied to the Client’s ownership from day one. The Client retains full ownership of this account and all services. As long as the Client maintains an active relationship with Fuggeen, the Client agrees that Fuggeen has the right to access and manage this account for service delivery. If the Client cancels all services, the account and all credentials are handed over to the Client.
6. Content Submission
6.1 Submission Channel
The Client may submit content via WhatsApp or any agreed alternative (Gmail, etc.).
6.2 Image Quality
All images must be submitted as document files (sent as a document on WhatsApp, not as compressed images) to preserve quality. Fuggeen is not responsible for image quality issues caused by incorrect submission format.
6.3 Text Content
All text content must be submitted as an organized Word document (or equivalent) or as a clearly structured WhatsApp message with each section’s content separated and labeled. Unorganized or unlabeled content may be returned to the Client for reorganization before Fuggeen processes it.
6.4 Content Structure
All content submitted must follow the structure agreed on during the sketch phase. Example for project pages: project name, date, location, type, description paragraphs, and images, as agreed. Fuggeen can be flexible, but the Client is responsible for ensuring content matches the agreed structure.
6.5 Pre-Launch Content
All website content for the initial launch must be submitted and approved before the design phase begins. Fuggeen will not start design without confirmed, complete content.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment Schedule — One-Time Project
The one-time project fee is paid in three installments: First payment (25%) : due before sketch begins, refundable if Client pauses before sketch approval.
Second payment (50%) : due after sketch is approved by Client, non-refundable
Final payment (25%) : due before website goes live, non-refundable.
7.2 First Payment : Conditionally Refundable
The first 25% covers onboarding, inspiration curation, design system development, and sketch creation. If the Client reviews the sketch and decides not to proceed, this payment is refunded in full. Once the Client approves the sketch, the first payment becomes non-refundable.
7.3 Second and Final Payments : Non-Refundable
Once the sketch is approved and the second payment is made, all subsequent payments are non-refundable. Design and development begin immediately upon sketch approval. The investment has been committed.
7.4 Website Does Not Go Live Without Full Payment
The final 25% must be received before the website is published, before domain connection, and before any credentials are handed over to the Client. Fuggeen retains full ownership of all work until this payment is confirmed.
7.5 Monthly Services : Payment
Monthly services are invoiced upon launch. Monthly invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Monthly fees are non-refundable for any month in which services have been activated. Current monthly fee: $200/month. Fuggeen reserves the right to adjust this fee for existing clients with minimum 30 days written notice.
7.6 Bandwidth-Based Fee Adjustment
If website traffic grows to the point where Fuggeen is required to upgrade the Framer hosting plan, the additional hosting cost will be passed on to the Client and added to the monthly fee. Fuggeen will provide documentation of the upgrade requirement and cost before applying any change.
7.7 Annual Renewal : Payment
The annual renewal invoice will be issued 30 days prior to the 12-month anniversary of the website launch. The renewal covers Framer hosting, domain registration, Google Workspace, and Fuggeen’s service fee. Payment must be made in full before the renewal period begins. Once processed, the renewal is non-refundable.
If the client chooses not to renew these services through Fuggeen and instead wishes to manage them independently, full ownership and control of the website and related assets will be transferred to the client, including all necessary access and account handover. In such cases, Fuggeen’s ongoing service obligations will end upon completion of the transfer.
If the renewal invoice is not paid and no independent transfer arrangement is requested before the renewal date, all related services will lapse and the website may go offline.
7.8 Late Payments
If a one-time project payment is delayed, work stops at the current phase until payment is received. If a monthly payment is delayed by more than 5 days, Fuggeen stops all monthly services immediately, they do not resume until the outstanding balance is cleared. If an annual renewal payment is delayed, all services lapse on their renewal date. Fuggeen will send reminders before taking any of these actions.
7.9 Disputed Invoices
If the Client disputes an invoice, written notice must be sent to contact@fuggeen.com within 5 days of receiving the invoice. Undisputed amounts remain due on the original date. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first notifying Fuggeen in writing is a breach of these Terms and entitles Fuggeen to immediately suspend all services and pursue the full invoice amount.
7.10 Accepted Payment Methods
Morocco: Local bank transfer (RIB). Europe: Bank transfer via Fuggeen’s European bank account. USA: ACH bank transfer. Payment details are included in each invoice.
7.11 Project Abandonment
If the Client is unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days without written notice, the project is considered abandoned. All fees paid at that point are non-refundable. Fuggeen may reallocate team capacity. To restart an abandoned project, the Client may be required to pay a project restart fee determined at that time.
8. Revisions
Atelier includes 4 revision rounds after the design phase. Atelier+ includes 6 revision rounds. A revision is a modification to existing, approved work within the current scope, adjusting a font or color, repositioning an element, adding or removing an image, editing text, small effect edits, or layout tweaks within an approved section.
The following are NOT revisions and require a Change Order: redesigning a full section or page, adding a new section not in the approved sketch, changing the overall design direction after approval, structural changes that contradict the approved wireframe, or any feature or page not in the signed Proposal.
All revision requests must be submitted as a single, consolidated written document or message. Fuggeen will not process piecemeal or contradictory feedback. If the Client does not provide written feedback within 7 business days of a deliverable being submitted for review, that deliverable is considered approved and the project moves to the next phase.
9. Monthly Services
9.1 What Monthly Services Cover
The monthly plan covers ongoing digital presence management, including: adding new project content to the website, basic SEO updates via Google Search Console, analytics monitoring and reporting, small text edits and image updates on existing pages, website announcements (e.g. hiring banners, news), and general website maintenance.
9.2 What Monthly Services Do NOT Cover
Monthly services do not cover: full redesign of any section or page, full website rebuild or structural restructuring, new custom pages (requires separate Change Order), social media content or management, or any item listed under Section 3.2.
9.3 Content Submission for Monthly Updates
The Client submits new project content following the format established during onboarding: project name, location, date, type, organized images (as document files), and organized text. Fuggeen processes standard content updates within 1 to 4 business days of receiving a complete, properly formatted submission.
9.5 Cancellation of Monthly Services
The Client may cancel monthly services at any time. Upon written cancellation notice, services stop at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current month. Upon cancellation with all fees cleared, the Client retains full ownership of the website, which remains live for the remainder of the paid annual period.
9.6 Reactivation After Long Pause
If a Client cancels monthly services and then wishes to reactivate after 5 or more months of inactivity, in the first 2 months after reactivation the Client may not submit more than 5 new projects for upload. This prevents Clients from pausing to accumulate a large backlog and reactivating solely to process it in a single burst. Normal submission limits resume from month 3 onward.
9.7 Service Suspension for Non-Payment
If a monthly invoice is unpaid for more than 5 days, all monthly services are suspended immediately. Services resume only when the outstanding balance is cleared.
10. Annual Renewal
The annual renewal covers: Framer hosting renewal (1 year), domain registration renewal (.com, 1 year), Google Workspace renewal (1 or 2 seats depending on plan), and Fuggeen’s service fee for managing all renewals. The renewal invoice is sent 30 days before the 12-month anniversary of the website launch date. Full payment is required before renewal begins.
Renewal is not mandatory. The Client may choose not to renew and take full ownership of all systems. To do this, the Client must notify Fuggeen in writing at least 15 days before the renewal date. If the renewal is not paid by the renewal date, all services lapse: the website goes offline, professional email stops working, and Google Workspace access ends. Fuggeen reserves the right to adjust annual renewal fees; clients will be notified in the renewal invoice issued 30 days in advance.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of the final payment in full, all rights to the custom design, custom code, and content structure created specifically for the Client’s website are transferred to the Client. The Client owns their website. This transfer is conditional on full payment, until the final payment is received, Fuggeen retains all rights to all work produced.
Fuggeen builds every website from scratch. We do not use pre-made templates. The delivered website is entirely custom. Some elements are built on third-party platforms (Framer components, Google integrations, fonts), these remain governed by their respective platform licenses.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, text, and materials they provide are either original, properly licensed, or in the public domain. The Client agrees to indemnify Fuggeen against any claim arising from Client-provided content that infringes a third party’s rights.
Fuggeen has the right to feature the completed website in its portfolio, case studies, website, Instagram, and marketing materials. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must notify Fuggeen in writing within 7 days of signing the Proposal. Fuggeen also has the right to include a discreet “Built by Fuggeen” credit in the footer of every website delivered. Removal of the footer credit may be requested as a paid add-on.
12. Ownership Handover
Full ownership handover occurs when: (a) the Client cancels all services (monthly and annual), (b) the Client chooses not to renew after year one, or (c ) the engagement ends for any reason, provided all outstanding fees have been paid.
Upon handover, Fuggeen will transfer: access credentials for the dedicated Gmail account, domain registrar access, Framer project access, Google Workspace admin access, Google Sheets data access, written handover documentation, and a tutorial session if reasonably requested. Since all services are purchased through the Client’s own dedicated business email, the handover is primarily a credential transfer, the Client already owns everything by design.
Handover will be completed within 7 business days of the end of the paid service period, provided all fees are settled. Upon handover, Fuggeen will remove its payment methods and administrative access from all Client accounts.
13. Cancellation & Termination
13.1 — Client Cancels Before Sketch Approval: If the Client decides not to proceed after seeing the wireframe sketch, the first 25% payment is refunded in full. No further obligation exists on either side.
13.2 — Client Cancels After Sketch Approval: Once the sketch is approved and the second payment (50%) is made, no refund is issued for any reason. Design and development have begun. The investment is committed.
13.3 — Client Cancels Monthly Services: The Client may cancel monthly services at any time in writing. Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current month.
13.4 — Client Does Not Renew Annually: All services lapse at the renewal date. Fuggeen initiates full ownership handover as described in Section 12.
13.5 — Project Abandonment: If the Client is unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days without written notice, the project is treated as abandoned. All fees paid are non-refundable. Resuming requires a restart agreement.
13.6 — Termination by Fuggeen: Fuggeen may terminate the engagement with written notice if the Client fails to pay an invoice after 30 days, requests work that violates applicable law, or engages in abusive conduct toward the Fuggeen team. In such cases, all fees paid are non-refundable, and no deliverables are released until all outstanding amounts are settled.
